First thing:
Hot water and lemon and ginger

 

 

 

 

 



Breakfast:
Vegetable jucie – Loads of greens Spinach, kale, green apple, parsley, celery and fennel Sometimes I just I have a veggie juice and some nuts other days I will have gluten free oats and berries

 

 

 



Lunch:
Quinoa Salad or fresh fish and a large green salad with coconut oil and avocado.

 

 

 

 

 



Snack:
Almonds and some fruit

 

 

 

 

 



Dinner:
Fresh fish , especially Salmon and loads of green steamed veggies with olive oil and lemon juice.

 

 

 

 



Everyday treat:
Green Tea with raw dark chocolate!! We all need a little sweetness!!
